The information and image campaign “Ohne uns läuft nix” (“Nothing runs without us”), which Aimaq von Lobenstein (AvL) developed for the Berliner Wasserbetriebe, is entering its second round. The campaign slogan this time: “Our water speaks for itself.” After the Berliner Wasserbetriebe employees came forward in the 2014 campaign to have a say, speaking about their work, Berlin drinking water is now conceived in a highly personal way: informative, charming, sparkling.

The idea: “Our water speaks for itself”

Talking water? Sounds strange but works well! In the new image campaign, the capital’s water communicates in the first person. The water has a type of dialogue with almost four million Berliners who come into contact with it every day. And it informs us about how the Berliner Wasserbetriebe is right at the forefront as an environmental service provider and employer.

Currently, posters and Edgar Freecards (free advertising postcards), are distributed throughout Berlin. Audiovisual measures (mobile waterfall and various explanatory films) serve to complement the campaign. The claim “Nothing runs without us”, which is particularly popular among Berliners, is maintained, to provide the bridge to the successful 2014 campaign.
